Introducing The All New Free From Codependency Online Therapy Hub

  • Post author:

When you are trying to deal with codependency, it is essential to work with a therapist who understands what it is, how to deal with it and has overcome his/her own codependency issues. I have been working with codependents for over 15 years and have defined a method that I know works and can have a life-changing effect on codependent’s lives.

My belief is that codependency symptoms are as individual as you are and one approach is often not enough. I firmly believe that due to this, any approach that looks to counter the varied symptoms of codependency, needs to be just as varied. It is for this very reason that I now offer the Free From Codependency Online Therapy Hub, a complete package of resources aimed at codependents and their recovery.

  1. Intriguingly Curious

The group therapy sounds very appealing, and something that many people could avail themselves of I’m sure. And like you say, most importantly they can talk and learn. It’s a nice way to bring people together as well in these difficult times.

    I hope it goes well.
