AWARENESS TO ACTION

Find the words. Choose your next step.

Practical coaching to help you prepare a difficult conversation, set a boundary or work through a moment of overwhelm.

For example: saying no without over-explaining

Describe: “I keep agreeing to help when I haven’t got the time.”

Choose: Use the Boundary Room to clarify what you can offer and prepare a short response.

Try: “I can’t help this evening. I can offer half an hour on Saturday.”

Review: Record what happened in Evidence and consider what to try next.

Illustrative example—not a promised outcome or a fixed app response.

Choose how you would like to use the app

The app is designed for adults aged 18 and over. Full access requires a subscription or a lifetime purchase; there is no ongoing free-access plan.

All three options provide full access to the app’s coaching tools, guided meditations, music and nature sounds.

  • Monthly: US$9.99 per month.
  • Annual: US$59.99 per year.
  • Lifetime: US$149.99 as a one-off purchase, with no recurring subscription.

Eligible new monthly and annual subscribers can begin with a seven-day free trial. Lifetime access does not include a trial. These are US reference prices; the App Store or Google Play shows the final price in your local currency before you confirm.

Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. After an eligible free trial, the selected subscription price applies unless you cancel before the trial ends. You can manage or cancel your subscription through the store where you purchased it: Apple or Google Play. Check the renewal date, price and conditions in your store’s purchase confirmation.

You do not need to know which tool to choose

Begin on Your Next Step. Type or speak in your own words, then choose Suggest a coaching tool. Your explanation does not need to be polished. Start with what you can say, even if it feels incomplete.

The app can suggest a coaching tool and, where appropriate, a meditation alongside it. You can also browse the tools yourself and star your favourites so they stay easy to find.

Coaching for the moments of everyday life

  • Too much on your mind? Use the Overwhelm Sorter to explore what needs attention, what can wait and what can be made smaller.
  • Caught between choices? The Decision Room helps you consider your options and what matters in the decision.
  • A boundary or conversation ahead? The Boundary Room offers a place to prepare what you want to say.
  • The same pattern happening again? Explore it with the Pattern Mirror and consider what you want to do differently.
  • Not sure what the problem is yet? Begin with Just Talk. For a wider question about purpose and values, try Find Your Direction.

Daily routines, accountability and finding a way forward when plans fall apart are also part of the app. The aim is to help you choose a useful action, rather than leave you with another list of things you should be doing.

Treat its responses as prompts to consider, not instructions you must follow.

Notice what happens next

The Evidence of Change area gives you somewhere to reflect on what you tried and what happened. A useful step does not have to produce a perfect result. It can tell you something about what helps, what matters and what you want to try next.

Music, meditations and nature sounds

Make room for a quieter moment

Sometimes you want to think a problem through. Sometimes you would rather pause first.

Guided meditations include A Walk in the Forest and When You Feel Alone, with space to reflect and music underneath. Explore music by Abøn and continuous nature sounds too. Audio can continue while you move through the app or lock your phone.

You can download Awareness to Action for Android from Google Play, or for iPhone and compatible Apple-silicon Macs (M1 or later) from the App Store. It is not available for Intel Macs. Full access requires a subscription or lifetime purchase, as explained above.

Your records stay on each device. Journals and Evidence are stored locally and do not synchronise between devices. Each device keeps its own entries.
