If you want to permanently remove your Awareness to Action sign-in account, follow the steps below.

Delete your account in the app

  1. Open Awareness to Action and sign in.
  2. Open More and go to the access/account screen.
  3. Scroll to Signed-in Account, choose Delete account permanently, and confirm.

If you cannot sign in

Email drnjenner@theonlinetherapist.blog from an address you can access. Write “Awareness to Action account deletion” in the subject and include the email address used for your app account. Please do not send your password. We will use that information to locate the account and process the request.

What is deleted and what remains

When you confirm deletion in the app, your sign-in account and its authentication details are permanently removed from the app’s authentication service. We do not set an additional retention period for that authentication account.

Private journal entries, coaching notes, conversations, actions, and preferences that are stored only on your device are not uploaded to your account and are not deleted when you delete the sign-in account. Delete those separately in the app if you want them removed.

Deleting your app account does not cancel an active Apple App Store or Google Play subscription, or delete transaction records held by Apple, Google, or RevenueCat. Cancel subscriptions through your store account. Those providers retain billing, purchase, and security records under their own policies and applicable legal requirements; we do not set an additional retention period for those provider-held records.
