This 4-session workshop is for you if you are stuck in a relationship with a narcissist or your narcissist has gone and you are still struggling with the aftermath. My goal is to support emotional healing, identity restoration, and the development of healthy relational tools in a group setting, with others going through the same thing. Each session is 90 minutes and includes psychoeducation, reflection, somatic practice, and take-home exercises.Dr Nicholas Jenner
Join me on November 9th, 2025 for a brand new round of group therapy dedicated to Narcissistic Abuse Recovery, delivered via Zoom; Plus Free Access To Dr Jenner’s Codependency Self-Help Program (worth 390 USD).
Group sessions will be held on Sundays: 2 PM – EST, 7 PM – GMT, 8 PM – CET.

SESSION 1 - November 9th, 2025
Understanding the Impact and Validating the Experience
- Validate and honour each participant’s lived experience of narcissistic abuse.
- Normalise the wide range of trauma responses (emotional, cognitive, relational, and physical) that follow.
- Introduce practices for emotional regulation and somatic grounding to begin restoring safety in the body.
- Build awareness of the conditioning processm how manipulation shaped thoughts, beliefs, and behaviours, so participants can begin separating identity from abuse.
SESSION 2 - November 16th, 2025
Rebuilding Identity and Boundaries
- Reconnect with your authentic self by exploring values, desires, and strengths that existed before (and beyond) the abuse.
- Differentiate between the “conditioned self” shaped by manipulation and the emerging, true identity that is free to grow.
- Learn the principles of healthy boundary-setting as a form of self-protection and self-respect.
- Practice practical boundary skills through guided exercises, role-play, and reflection to build confidence in using them.
SESSION 3 - November 23rd, 2025
Emotional Healing and Nervous System Repair
- Create a safe space for participants to acknowledge and experience emotions without fear of judgment and overwhelm.
- Teach grounding and self-regulation techniques that allow emotions to be felt in manageable, healing ways.
- Begin repairing the nervous system by introducing tools that restore balance, calm, and a sense of safety in the body.
- Build awareness of how trauma dysregulates the nervous system, and how consistent healing practices can gradually rewire patterns of stress and reactivity.
SESSION 4 - November 30th, 2025
Reclaiming Power and Healthy Relating
- Rebuild inner confidence by strengthening self-trust, intuition, and the ability to recognise personal needs.
- Develop clarity in relationships by identifying red flags, green flags, and the difference between healthy and toxic dynamics.
- Empower participants to make choices that honour their worth and support safe, fulfilling connections.
- Practice relational skills, such as assertive communication, boundary reinforcement, and mutual respect that nurture healthy intimacy.
