Here, you’ll start practising healthy boundaries — not as a theory, but as a lived experience. You’ll learn to say “no” without guilt, “yes” without people-pleasing and step back from toxic dynamics that drain your energy and distort your identity.
You’ll detach from relationships that thrive on your self-sacrifice and begin reclaiming your time, energy and emotional space. As the noise fades, your confidence returns — not the performative kind, but grounded, quiet assurance rooted in self-trust, clarity and emotional independence.
Stage 3: RENEW — Growth, independence & future-self work
