Cross that bridge from awareness to action

You know you need to say something. A friend keeps asking for favours, often at short notice. You agree because saying no feels uncomfortable, but afterwards you feel frustrated—with them and with yourself.

Knowing you need a boundary is one thing. Finding the words and using them is another.

That is the gap I created Awareness to Action to help people cross. The app is now available on both the Apple App Store and Google Play.

It offers practical coaching and reflection tools for everyday situations: preparing for a difficult conversation, making a decision, understanding a setback, or finding a manageable next step when everything feels too much.

The approach is simple: Describe. Choose. Try. Review.

What could that look like?

Take the example of the friend who regularly asks for last-minute favours.

You can begin by speaking or typing what is happening into the app. You do not need to know which coaching tool to choose. Describe the situation, and the app can suggest a starting point.

In the Boundary Room, you can explore the particular behaviour that is troubling you and prepare what you want to say. Rather than stopping at “I need better boundaries”, you can work towards something specific:

“I’m not available at short notice this week. Please ask me earlier, and I’ll let you know whether I can help.”

The point is not to find a perfect sentence that guarantees a perfect response. It is to find words you can realistically use—and consider how you might respond if the other person pushes back.

You then choose an action, save it, and try it outside the app.

Afterwards, return to Evidence to review what happened. Did you say what you intended? Did you change your approach? What would you like to try next time?

That review matters. A conversation does not have to go smoothly for you to learn something useful from it.

More than another conversation on a screen

Awareness to Action is designed to help reflection lead somewhere: towards something you can try in everyday life, then look back on and adjust.

It is a coaching and reflection tool, not therapy or emergency support. Access requires a paid subscription or lifetime purchase, with a fourteen-day trial available to eligible new monthly or annual subscribers. Subscriptions renew after the trial unless cancelled before it ends; your store shows the price and conditions before purchase.

If you have been waiting for the Android release, it is here.
