Codependency recovery is not as complicated as many would have you believe. The first step is awareness of symptoms and root causes. When this is established, direct action on the path to individuality is the antidote to codependency. Group therapy allows you to share that experience with others on the same path. It helps to know you are not alone in the journey. What kind of codependent are you and what caused that? Find out in the session. Become aware of how family dynamics shaped your view of the world. Discuss symptoms and relationships. Reconnect and heal the inner children who were badly affected and are still affected today.

SESSION 2 - November 16th, 2025

Look at The Psyche of a Codependent

Reveal the wounded “parts” driving caretaking, enabling, controlling and fixing behaviours. By compassionately exploring and healing these parts, you can learn to meet your own needs instead of prioritising others. This self-leadership fosters healthier boundaries, reduces people- pleasing, and transforms codependent patterns for more authentic, fulfilling relationships.

SESSION 3 - November 23rd, 2025

Start to Discover The Real You: Learning the 8 C’s

Calm, Curiosity, Clarity, Compassion, Confidence, Courage, Creativity, and Connectedness have the potential to overcome codependency. They promote self-awareness and better boundaries by providing internal resources to cultivate oneself and others. As you exhibit these traits, you experience more security and diminished need on external validation, fostering independence and authenticity.

SESSION 4 - November 30th, 2025

Maintain The Self – Setting Boundaries and Self-care

Boundaries and Self-care are crucial for codependents because they safeguard their mental well-being and stop burnout from over-giving. While self-care restores inner resources, boundaries established unique needs and limits.
