As an imperfect human, I have had my share of troubles in all aspects of life including relationships, business and on a personal level: I’ve made decisions and done things that have hurt other people and I haven’t always been the best partner, son, brother, friend or father.
Child abuse encompasses various forms of maltreatment, including physical and emotional harm, neglect, and exploitation. Survivors often struggle with emotional scars that complicate adult relationships. The process of re-parenting the "inner child" is crucial for healing, allowing individuals to regain lost spontaneity and intimacy while recognizing their strength as survivors.

Establishing clear boundaries and maintaining personal autonomy are crucial, while active listening, empathy, and compromise are essential for effective resolution of conflicts. Embracing conflict as an opportunity can lead to greater connection and mutual progress.
