I’m pleased to introduce Awareness to Action — The Coach in Your Pocket, an app I’ve created to help you turn reflection into a practical next step.
Perhaps you’re struggling with a decision, preparing for a difficult conversation, feeling overwhelmed or noticing the same pattern happening again. You may understand what is going on but still find yourself asking: What do I actually do now?
That is where Awareness to Action begins.

Start with your own words
You can speak or type about your situation in your own words. You don’t need a polished explanation—or even know which tool would help. Choose Suggest a coaching tool, and the app offers a starting point based on what you’ve shared.
Its coaching tools help you explore boundaries, decisions, routines, internal conflict and more. The conversation responds to what you say rather than taking you through a fixed questionnaire. From there, you can choose a manageable action and return later to reflect on what happened.
Make space to pause, too
There is also a private journal, guided meditations, nature sounds and original music by Abøn. Sometimes the most useful starting point is a quieter moment, rather than another piece of advice.
Available now on iPhone
Awareness to Action is available now on the Apple App Store. Eligible new monthly and annual subscribers can begin with a seven-day free trial. Full access is paid; your subscription renews after the trial unless you cancel before it ends. Lifetime access is also available as a one-off purchase, without a trial. Your store shows the price and conditions before you confirm.
Explore the app and watch the short demonstration. An Android version is coming soon.
Awareness to Action is a coaching and reflection app—not therapy or emergency support. It offers a place to pause, think things through and find something useful to try.
Three quick questions
Do I need to know which coaching tool to choose?
No. Start by speaking or typing about your situation and select Suggest a coaching tool. You can also browse the tools yourself and save your favourites.
Can I try the app before paying?
Eligible new monthly and annual subscribers can start a seven-day free trial. The subscription becomes paid unless cancelled before the trial ends. There is no ongoing free-access plan, and the lifetime purchase does not include a trial.
Is Awareness to Action available on Android?
Not yet. The iPhone version is available now; the Android version is awaiting Google Play’s review. We’ll add the Android download link to the app’s information page once it is available.
